Whoever drafted the following Constitutional law essay question must have a funny idea of what heaven is like:
".........[Discuss the constitutionality] of a federal grant to fund a monumental sculpture entitled 'Reunion,' which was to be a thirty-foot high granite depiction of Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr. meeting in Heaven. The two were to be clasping each other's shoulders while Mohammed and Jesus looked on, beaming. Each of the four figures would be unclothed, since clothing would be optional in heaven."

I hope they have separate areas for the naked folks so I can avoid seeing anyone I don't want to see naked.
You got this question in your class? Thank heavens people have a sense of humor! Law school would be too sad otherwise :)
