True or False?

My Fed Admin prof concluded his class with this quote:

"No lesson seems to be so deeply inculcated by experience of life as that you should never trust experts. If you believe doctors, nothing is wholesome; if you believe theologians, nothing is innocent; if you believe soldiers, nothing is safe."
--Winston Churchill

I admire this quote! One thing that you and I have learned in law school is to always analyze every situation, even if the circumstances tell us otherwise. It is not fair (to one side) to base an assumption on one person's opinion, even if that person/expert seems to have complete knowledge of that particular situation. Even the most intelligent people in the world are sometimes wrong... I think that is why Professor Nickerson finalizes his class with that last quote. In perfect sense, Churchhill's quote uses the term "inculcate," and this quote will definately leave an impression on my mind. I'm glad that you included it in your blog.

Laura, Merry Christmas! Hope exams went (are going) well. Email me the best address to reach you at... Glo's still? Or are you back at home?

Anyway, I really liked the other article, too, and wrote a really profound comment, that blogger didn't pick up, and now I can't remember exactly what I wrote, so this will have to do.

Love ya!

And if you believe lawyers,......?

.....nothing is true?

Congratualtions Laura on graduating and becoming a bona fide lawyer. Now we can make fun of you with reckless abandon.

GOOD LUCK ON BAAAAAR exam.
